Negotiate an Order
Why do we allow negotiation? It's not that our pricing structure is arbitrary. We wanted to let volume buyers know that there can be some flexibility on pricing if the order is of a certain threshold.
Who is Eligible to Negotiate an Order?

If you are purchasing beyond our published quantity breaks (horizontal discount).

If you are not purchasing beyond our published quantity breaks but are purchasing a substantial variety of different items (vertical discount).

You do not require the inventory for several months. (pre-order discount)

If you want to pick-up (will call), or use your own shipping account (freight discount).

If the order requires special shipping arrangement. International customer. (possibly no discount, but terms and logistics need to be discussed).
Do NOT negotiate for:

If you want faster than standard ground delivery rate. Negotiations are not the place to request any kind of rush response because responses may take several days to discuss. Our advice is avoid rush shipping.
To negotiate an order, fill out your list of products you are interested in. Then click on 'negotiate' instead of checkout. We will review your offer or make you an offer within a few days. Some negotiations may take longer than others depending on the nature of the products and whether or not we need to contact the supplier to negotiate with you directly.
