Simply place a new order for the merchandise that you want. Return the merchandise you no longer want to keep and you will be refunded per our regular return policy.
Our goal is to keep our customers satisfied by having a fair return policy. By reading and following the proper procedures below, customers may help us process all returns for refunds in a timely manner.
Sales/Clearance items are sold as is and are not eligible for return.
Wholesale or large quantity orders over $100 are not returnable. We recommend that you make sure you are ready for a wholesale purchase by purchasing small quantities to ensure that that product is what you expect, before committing to a large order.
We cannot accept worn clothing or hats to be resold for sanitary reasons. Only unopened items of clothing or hats may be returned.
Sample orders (less than $100) may be returned within 10 days of receiving the product. Prior to returning any merchandise, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must first be obtained from I Factory Outlet via email. Returns made without an RMA number cannot be accepted. There will be a 20% processing-restocking fee for all returns.
Detailed procedure to return is as follows:
Customer should email us their original order number and reason for wanting to return the product. Customer will receive an email response within 2-3 business days.
If customer's request to return is authorized, the customer will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Customer ships back product. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package to be returned. Customer is responsible for return freight. Do NOT return any merchandise without clearly marked RMA number, it will be lost and no refund can be issued.
Once the product is received by i Factory Outlet and inspected to be unopened, unworn and free of damages or stains, we will issue a refund. The refunded amount is for original product cost minus a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping and any handling costs cannot be refunded.
