Our goal is to keep our customers satisfied by having a fair return policy. By reading and following the proper procedures below, customers may help us process all returns for refunds in a timely manner.
Products in the close out section are clearance items which cannot be refunded.
Lighting Fixtures are not eligible for return since there is a high risk of their being damaged on the way back if not properly packaged.
Bulk quantity orders (over $150) are not returnable. We recommend that you make sure you are ready for a wholesale purchase by purchasing small quantities to ensure that that product is what you expect, before committing to a large order.
All other products may be returned within 10 days of receiving the product. Prior to returning any merchandise, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must first be obtained from I Factory Outlet.
The procedure is as follows:
Customer should email us their original order number and reason for wanting to return the product. Customer will receive an email response within 2-3 business days.
If customer's request to return is authorized, the customer will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package to be returned. Customer is responsible for return freight. Do NOT return any merchandise without an approved RMA number, it will be lost and no refund can be issued.
Once the product is received by i Factory Outlet and inspected free of damages or stains, we will issue a refund. The refunded amount is for original product cost minus a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping and any handling costs cannot be refunded.
An order may only be canceled if it has not yet been processed. An order in transit may not be canceled (do not reject shipments). If you wish to cancel or modify your order please call or send us an email as soon as you can. We will try to accommodate your request if we receive your message before we process the orders for that day, otherwise your only other discourse is to return the product for a refund.
