Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, but the Google Checkout Shopping Cart may not correctly calculate the shipping and handling required for international shipping. A freight adjustment may be required after we pack your order, in which case we may request the freight difference via Google Invoice.
How soon will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed and ready to ship within 0-2 business days.
How long will my order take to ship to me?
Once the order has been processed and packed for shipping, we generally ship the product by United States Post Office which takes about 2-10 days within the United States.
How is Shipping and Handling calculated?
Shipping and Handling for domestic orders is $4.80 for the first item and $0.25 each additional piece. Orders over $250 enjoy Free Shipping.
Can I get my product faster?
Sorry. We are not set up to handle extremely time sensitive deliveries so we urge customers to plan ahead to avoid rush delivery.
What should I do if the product is broken upon arrival?
Immediately tell the carrier (person who dropped off the package) to document the incident. Notify us so that we may file a claim with the carrier. We will have a representative work with you regarding a replacement if possible. Keep everything (box and all packaging materials) in case the carrier sends someone to investigate the claim.
Please do not under any circumstances refuse shipment. If there is a problem hold on to the product then contact us to discuss it.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct. We will charge a re-ship handling fee for any orders returned to us due to an undeliverable address.
