The quantity breaks are designed for the buyer that purchases a lot of one item, according to the master carton quantity.
Where can I find the wholesale pricing?
Wholesale pricing information for each product is shown on that product's detail page (you'll see a BIG photo of the product). From the catalog (the page where you only see a bunch of different products with small pictures), click on a specific product to see the product's detail page and you will see the wholesale price break chart.
How do I get the wholesale price into my list (shopping cart)?
Our shopping cart software automatically detects the correct quantity break price. Simply add the quantity you wish to purchase into your list. The correct quantity break price will be shown.
Why are quantity breaks different for different products?
The quantity breaks are based on logistic factors such as ease of picking and packaging and varies depending on the product. We try to formulate our wholesale quantity break prices to encourage customers to purchase in a way to save us time when we pick and pack the order. When we can process orders in a more economical fashion, our savings are passed onto our customers in the form of wholesale quantity discounts.
What is the minimum?
There is no minimum purchase dollar amount. Order 1 piece if you like, but we highly recommend ordering more to be eligible for discounts. The price only gets even better when you order in larger quantities. View a product's details to see a the wholesale quantity break chart for that product.
Some specific products (namely lighting fixtures) come in a master carton, and we prefer not to break apart the master carton to sell the pieces individually. For those products the quantity break chart will not start at 1, but at the quantity contained in a master carton; your shopping cart list will remind you to order by multiples of a master carton. However, we understand the need for customers to see samples first, so we still allow single pieces to be purchased, but a small handling charge will be added for the repack effort. The handling charge will be waived when ordering a few lighting items at a time instead of just a single piece.
